1/13/11 - Rite Aid, CVS, and Kroger

I went shopping with mom today.  I just wanted to spend some time with her.  She wanted to go to Kroger anyway, so I took her to Rite Aid and CVS with me also.  She was looking for a few things for my nephew.  He started a diet for the first of the year and she was going to get him some cereal and some soup.  Our first stop was Rite Aid.  I had a Rite Adi Video Values $4 off $20 coupon for watching 15 beauty aid videos on the website and a $1 off 2 Progresso Soup coupon from Video Values, and I also had $1 off 2 Special K Cereal Bars, $1 off Vaseline Intensive Relief Lotion, and a Buy 1 Get 1 Free Cereal Coupon.  The Special K items and the Gum were Buy 1 Get 1 Free.   I had a $9.98 Single Check Rebate check that I had been carrying around in my purse also.  This check could either be cashed or used at any Rite Aid towards your purchase.  I actually only owed $8.67 when my order was totaled, so I ended up getting $1.31 in change after my transaction.  Here's how it worked out.

According to my receipt I have spent $46.55 towards my $100 needed to receive the $20+ up Reward for the Resolution Reward Program.  I'm not sure if this total is accurate.  I need to go check my receipts and make sure.

My next stop was a quick stop.  I just went in CVS long enough to get some Pepsi for the refrigerator at work.  I just recently started taking care of keeping it stocked up.  CVS had Pepsi products 3/$10, get $10 ECB when you spend $20.  I had a $10 ECB from the last time I was there, so I took the $10 that I got from the pop money at work plus my $10 ECB and got 4 - 12 packs of Diet Pepsi, a 12 pack of Pepsi, and a 12 pack of Mountain Dew.  I got 3 - 12 packs for work and 3 - 12 packs for home plus I got my $10 ECB back.
